From the moment I arrived and was greeted I already felt comfortable with the positive atmosphere and vibe in the store. I was immediately introduced to Jarin. He is a very knowledgeable young man willing to answer all my questions and show me everything I inquired about. He also showed me a beautiful new 2022 Sportster. I wasn't really interested in something new, but Jarin encouraged me to test drive a couple different bikes to see the difference and was impressed with the new Sportster. I was then introduced to Nikki to do paperwork and discuss finances. I was not going to finance any of the purchase but after talking to Nikki she was able to get me a great interest rate so i did finance part of the purchase. after doing some paperwork she introduced me to Heather in service. She was great explaining everything about break in on my new bike and services that are available to me. She even scheduled me for my future service appointment. In between being introduced to everyone Jim in parts was more than helpful ordering the accessories I had wanted to add to my new bike. Another person that was a big help was Judie she was able to assist me in finding a Harley hat i had lost that my deceased wife had purchased for me. I was told it was discontinued I was heartbroken I wouldn't be able to replace it. This wonderful young lady took the time to find another Harley dealer that still had my size in stock. That is what i call going over and above for your customer. She also helped me to find all the other gear i needed.
